Flawed Friendship: maple – 36”

Is a flawed friendship worthwhile? During fabrication, this sculpture cracked and was repaired, but remains physically flawed. Likewise, friendships that go through times of conflict and reconciliation might be considered flawed. However, making the effort to repair and restore a relationship usually results in a stronger and more fulfilling friendship.
